NCOE High School Students get SMARTer

The freshman class at Norris City-Omaha-Enfield High School participated in the SMART Education program this year. Making good relationship decisions has become a priority for our future generations, and these young people don't want to get left behind. And gratefully, they have wonderful teachers (Mrs. Melton & Mr. Buchta) who were willing to give up class time to show their support of the program too. Thanks everyone!
